Free program to limit download speed / terminate programs which are downloading / uploading

So I discovered NetBalancer, version 9.1.4, by SeriousBit, which not only allows you to limit the download/upload speed of every process, but lets you terminate them if you don’t like them 🙂 And best part is – I didn’t pay a cent for it 🙂
