Magic Monk One Punch Man Workout Part 7 – Stretching in between workouts

As you guys know I have been doing the One Punch Man workout, split into 2 days – one day I run, the next day I do the strength part (sits, squats, pushups). However, I also need to stretch in between the workouts, to prevent my muscles becoming too tight, which will cause damage in the long run.
