Rock climbing running man?

Rock climbing in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.

Even when I find climbing difficult, I try my hardest to go up as high as possible, and make sure I struggle a lot before coming down. You will only gain strength if you push your boundaries.
The first time I climbed, I could not get 2 meters high off the ground. You will improve over time.
